Terms of Service

1. What Attune is

Attune is a spiritual formation tool offered by The Aisle Events LLC (doing business as Gather Studio), an Alabama limited liability company. It is not a mental health service, therapy, counseling, or medical product. It does not replace professional care.

2. Accounts

Account creation is handled by Clerk. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm this. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Paid tiers

Pro and Director subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

4. Your data

Formation profiles, examens, and rules of life are stored in your account and are not sold to third parties. You own your content. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing matt@gatherstudio.app.

5. AI features

Attune uses AI language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate formation reflections. These outputs are generated text and are not professional advice. They should be held loosely. The examen reflections, parenting notes, and couple readings are hypotheses, not verdicts. The people in your life know themselves better than any model does.

6. Not therapy

Attune is a formation and reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, pastoral counseling, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or call 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Attune to harass others, attempt to reverse-engineer AI outputs, resell access, or violate any applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Attune is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, The Aisle Events LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
