Rule of Life
A Rule of Life is a personal covenant — not a list of obligations, but a set of rhythms you choose so you don’t live by accident.
The practice comes from Benedictine monasticism and has shaped Christians for 1,500 years. Benedict wrote a Rule for monks; you’re writing one for yourself. It covers seven areas of life and asks two questions in each: what will you do, and why does it matter to you.
